The schedule now answers one question first: who needs a technician.

The old page put every feed import, at every venue, in the same red. This one keeps all of it, but folds the warranty venues away and leads with the events ANC actually staffs.

The week

Before: seven columns of cards, 231 on screen for one week, Saturday alone 112 tall. Red on almost every card.

Today

Before: a flat table where every row says Needs Staff, Unassigned, Pending. Venue printed twice per row.

After: three need a technician, one is staffed and already game ready, seventeen are warranty venues folded away.

The month

Before: Month was the same table, 1,777 rows long.

After: a real month grid. Each day carries its counts, and a click opens that day’s agenda.

The suggested queue

Before: Suggested was the sixth chip in a row of six. 1,532 events were waiting on venue leads and nothing on the page said so.

After: its own section with the count on the rail, grouped by venue, decide per row.

Import and discovery

Before: the scan, its logs and Delete All Events sat on the schedule, one click from a manager’s daily view.

After: a Tools section for managers. Delete all is admin-only and says what it does.

On a phone

Before: an eight-column table that pans sideways inside the page.

After: the rail becomes a menu, rows stack, no sideways pan.

More views

Needs staff: the 50 events this week with no technician, nothing else.

A day’s warranty venues, opened. Muted, never red.

Click a row and the same detail panel opens beside it. Assign, check in, post-game, unchanged.

Create event is a panel now, not a form that pushes the schedule down.

What moved where

Calendar / List toggle became a rail: Needs staff, Staffed, Warranty venues, All events, each with its count for the dates on screen.
Today / Week / Month / All became Day / Week / Month / Upcoming with arrows to step, and a Back to today button when you have stepped away.
Pending Workflow is gone as a filter. Staffed rows on and before today show their workflow progress inline instead.
Suggested is its own section, grouped by venue, with the count on the rail and Add to schedule / Reject per row.
Needs Staffing / Warranty Only chips are the rail. AI Imported / URL Feed chips are gone; AI-discovered rows carry a small tag.
Venues picker and search stay on the toolbar, and every count on the rail follows them.
Discovery tools, Discovery Logs, Delete All Events live under Import and discovery, managers only, delete admin only.
Create Event opens a side panel instead of pushing the schedule down.
The detail panel is untouched: click any row, resize it, assign, check in, post-game.

Every link into the page still lands where it says: the dashboard cards, the daily events email, and the venue lead's Slack ping open the same schedule and the same Suggested queue they always did.

The old layout is kept safe. If you want it back, say so and it is back the same day.
